Le Barche – “The boats” in Italian, comes from an ancient olive grove recalling its splendid location overlooking the Ligurian Sea. Century-old olive trees of the Taggiasca variety grow on these ancient terraces and benefit from a unique climate, a drip irrigation system and an ideal exposure to sunlight, that are fundamental factors to obtain this great extra-virgin olive oil. Stefano Guasco, the creator of this new product introduced by Terre Bormane, master to concentrate all the exceptional taste qualities of this pure Taggiascan EVOO in a limited production of numbered bottles. Produced by centrifugal decanter from higly selected Taggiascan olives, beaten down on nets, “Le Barche” has the lowest possible acidity content to produce this exceptional aroma.
