Terre Bormane Aged Barolo Vinegar

This new line is offered for the first time in the US, exclusively by L’Epicerie, and is a creation from renown Terre Bormane of Liguria Italy . These top of the line products have been carefully designed to complement elegance and ease-of-use. In clear glass or white porcelain all present a wide base to prevent unintended tilt over.

Aged BAROLO Vinegar is produced with D.O.C.G. (Denomination of Origin Certified and Guaranteed) Barolo wine according to the traditional system and matured in oak casks. It is well-suited to cook wild fowls, and a perfect addition to your most delicate salads. An outstanding high-quality ingredient, bright and beautifully clear, with a nice red of an orange shade. Its markedly sour aroma and the distinct characteristics of its taste recall the body and the peculiarities of the wine it is produced with.
