Candied Halves Small Clementines (clementinas) These small candied clementines, approximately 1.2 in – 1.50 in in diameter and 40g/1.4oz in weight, from Spain origin, are the top of the crop. They are in flavorful syrup making them ideal to eat as is, or on top of pastries or desserts. Cut and shape them in intricate decoration for cakes, or add them up in bonbons confections. They are also a delight to enjoy!
About Corsiglia – Interestingly, Andre Corsiglia began his career of master confectioner in 1870 in New York with his uncle Giovanni Batista Rafetto in Little Italy. Corsiglia is a family business that was founded in 1896 by Andre Corsiglia who chose Marseille, in France, for his production and close proximity to the best fruits for his confections. Since then, Corsiglia has been run by six generations of family members.
