This silky smooth, 50% praline, contains only the finest caramelized hazelnuts. Medium roasted for a rich flavor, and unique golden color. Produced by Cacao Barry in Belgium has a very fine and smooth texture making it an ideal filling ingredients for bonbons, pastries, and truffles. This praline can also be used for mousses, ice creams and cakes. It can be combined with our Cacao Barry Grains Noisettes to add texture to your recipe.
