This High-quality pure hazelnut paste has been dry-roasted to perfection, and does not contain any preservatives or emulsifiers, or any added sugar. 100% pure.

Applications: Ideal ingredient for pralines fillings, desserts, flavored sauces, ice-creams, and mousses.

Tip: Since this product does not contain any emulsifier it will separate, with oil rising on top and hazelnut mass at the bottom. Stir the hazelnut paste thoroughly before use and store them preferably in a cool place to slow the nut oil separation.
