Pistachio Paste from Agrimontana (Italy). This paste is actually a mix of pistachio and almonds with addition of chlorophyll for color. It makes great pistachio ice cream and filler for bonbons and chocolate truffles.
Ingredients: Pistachios, Almonds, sugar, sunflower lecithin. Coloring agent: chlorophyll. Natural flavor.
